- Premier Bakeries - Pretoria. The purpose of this position is to provide cover for key admin roles (Wages, Debtors, Creditors and Value Chain). The job objectives of this position are: Wages clerk role include o process and finalize wages/ outsource hours and overtime accurately as per guidelines and deadline and submit to Payroll department o Maintain terminations & engagements o Update and maintain employee files o Capture leave ensuring leaving balances are up to date and correct o Ensure alignment to payroll SOPs Debtors Clerk role include o Maintain site age analysis o Facilitate the free stock process as per SOP and ensure documentation is filed and retained correctly o Maintain the SOP register ensuring all PODs are valid and returned as per guidelines o Reconcile and maintain the POD Control Account o Allocation of payments and ensuring debtors trade within the agreed terms o Balance the Intercompany accounts Creditors Clerk role include o Process orders, GRVs and creditors payments as per guidelines o Balance Intercompany accounts o Maintain the integrity of the Purchase Ledger o Process month end accruals o Prepare monthly Creditors reports Value Chain Clerk role include o Ensure correct BOMs uploaded in the Great Plains System o Reconcile daily raw material usage vs BOMs and report on variances o Stock Management ensuring variances are addressed effectively o Stock valuation

**Qualification Requirements**:
Matric (with Accounting & Maths)

**Experience Requirements**:
3-5 years experience in any of the key roles (Wages/Debtors/Creditors/ Stock Reconciliation & Management
