With a strong commitment to efficiency and client satisfaction, they offer a collaborative environment where each team member plays a vital role in driving business success.The Role: Admin Clerk - SalesThis role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth processing of client orders, quotations, and invoicing. The successful candidate will manage customer data, coordinate communications, maintain accurate records, and contribute to effective operational flow from order to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture and maintain client and product information accurately on PastelUpdate and manage price lists, loading lists, and server dataPrepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage invoicingHandle client correspondence via email and telephoneManage credit applications, transport quotes, and delivery arrangementsPrepare delivery notes and over-the-border (SADAC) documentationCompile sales, stock, and consignment reconciliationsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analysing results for improvementFile and archive quotations, invoices, and credit documentationAssist with customer queries, walk-in clients, and reception dutiesSupport sales representatives and warehouse teams with information and documentationParticipate in expos, training activities, and social eventsAbout YouGrade 12 certificate or equivalent2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative or sales support roleProficient in Microsoft Office and PastelValid Code 08 Drivers LicenseStrong organisational, planning, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work accurately with strong attention to detailSelf-driven with a sales-focused mindsetAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamResilient under pressure with a proactive approach to problem-solving
