Their team is committed to building long-term partnerships based on quality, innovation, and trust.The Role: Admin Clerk SalesAs an Admin Clerk Sales, you will provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure seamless service delivery. From capturing client information to managing invoices, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales representatives, you will play a key role in keeping operations efficient and clients satisfied.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in administration or sales supportCapture, manage, and update client information on Pastel/FusionHandle client correspondence via email and telephonePrepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and invoicesRequest and compile transport quotes, arrange deliveries, and manage cross-border (SADC) documentationCompile, analyse, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reportsManage sales, stock, and consignment stock reconciliationsFile and archive quotations, invoices, and credit applicationsAssist with debit/credit enquiries and general queriesSupport sales representatives and attend to walk-in customersParticipate in training, marketing expos, and social eventsAbout YouGrade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification2 to 3 years of relevant working experienceComputer literacy in Microsoft Office and Pastel (Fusion experience is an advantage)Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and writing abilityValid Code 08 Driver's LicenceAbility to plan, prioritise, and work under pressureStrong attention to detail and accuracySelf-driven with a proactive sales mindsetAble to work both independently and as part of a team
