**Scope**:We are searching for a meticulous Admin Clerk for our Pretoria branch. In this role, you will be required to monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchase orders as required; track orders and investigate problems. As well as to ensure consistent stock levels
**Qualifications and work experience**
- **Matric**:
- Grade 12
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy is a must on: Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro
**Roles and responsibilities**
**Management Reports**:
- Create SCTs and place orders.
- Track orders.
- Manage inventory.
- Conduct cycle and stock counts.
- Compile reports.
**Returns**:
- Authorize GRN’S generated and processed.
- Authorize Debtors Request.
- Authorize Credit Notes.
**Inventory Control**:
- Control Stock Adjustments.
- Release of customer orders, SCTs and branch back orders.
- Capture Purchase orders for branch stock sent to JHB.
- Sales order maintenance.
- Monitor stock allocations of high demand, slow supply items
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- Inventory management: 2 years (required)
- Syspro: 2 years (required)
