This position is based in our Johannesburg office, however, you will be dealing with international clientele.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
- Manage sales and purchase orders for the UK
- Liaise with SAI warehouses when orders are placed
- Manage pricing on goods in the UK
- Forecast future sales and stock requirements based on sales
- Manage stock orders from China
- Maintain Amazon Volkano UK vendor account (which includes leveraging Amazon US team for assets and product ideas)
- Mediate communications between the UK director, Product Development teams and the customers.
- Advise the UK Social Media on which products to promote.
- Curate decks and product lists for customers
- Ensure that products coming into the UK have met new compliance standards (with the SMD compliance officer)
- Find a distribution partner that can bring SMD products into the UK from China directly.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in administration and logistics.
- Relevant degree
- Able to work independently and self-monitor
