Reporting to: Sales Admin Manager

Purpose: The fulfillment of administration and logístical tasks to the satisfaction of the internal and final customer (from ordering until shipment). Ensure that delivery and distribution is implemented in an effective and proper manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate reporting on Sales KPI’s.

Fulfill Sales Admin functions.

Coordinate Sales Logistics process.

Coordinate demand/sales planning process.

Contribute to the fulfillment of customer needs by ensuring the prompt and smooth implementation of the sales and logistics procedures

Fulfill order processing tasks, reporting/statistics (internal and external), control the pricing policy and monitor the sales order status (back orders, on time deliveries and accuracies etc.) so as to ensure the final and complete satisfaction of the customers.

Coordinate with the sales team on a weekly basis to provide adequate visibility and coverage of customer demand across all manufacturing hubs the forecast to the production’s hubs, in order to ensure customer demand is captured by manufacturing hubs via IPP, sales orders etc. - Coordinate customer feedback on issues related to ICM sales, logistics and providing excellent customer relations.

Ensure on time capturing of Sales budgets and forecasts into HFM as per communicated deadlines.

Provide support and on time reports to customers and sales representatives for ICM.

Assist towards the control of receivables and approve sales orders, following company’s procedures.

**Inherent Requirements**

Preferably a tertiary or Post matric qualification or min 5 years experience in similar capacity

Minimum 5 years in related positions (Sales support, Logistics, Invoicing, Credit control preferably in B2B company)

Finance and accounting knowledge.

Sales know - how with emphasis on customer satisfaction’

Logistics and sales administration experience

Computer literacy: ADVANCED EXCEL ESSENTIAL (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc)

English Language (Proficiency level) + Fluency in other languages

Behavioural attributes:
Excellent communication skills.

Team and integrated working.

Ability to look for continuous improvement.

Sound business and professional ethics.

Results orientated, for Company and team goals
