**Sales Administration Assistant**
The Sales Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with the sales team, management, and internal departments to ensure effective sales processes and contribute to the organization's overall success.
This position involves providing:
administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and delivering exceptional client service.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing reports
- Maintain and update sales-related databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Assist in organizing sales events
- Process sales orders by ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain sales records
- Generate sales reports and analyse data
- Prepare and distribute sales-related correspondence and documentation
- Support the sales team in preparing reports etc
- Collaborate with other departments, to gather and provide sales-related information
**Qualifications and skills**
- Relevant Bachelors Degree (NQF 7)
- Proven experience as a sales administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional Excel skills is a must
- Prior experience in the sales industry
