Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in their daily activities, including generating sales reports, managing sales documents, drafting quotes and maintaining customer databases.
- Coordinate and organize sales meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure an efficient and seamless sales process.
- Monitor and track sales data, performance metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales training materials and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights to the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Communication with all hotels regarding bookings, client requirements, etc.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 and or equivalent qualification.
- Driver's license and own car required.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- A tertiary qualification in business administration, sales, or related field will be advantageous.
- Availability to occasionally travel for sales conferences or client meetings.
- Strong negotiation skills.
