**Internal Sales**

**Qualification requirements**:

- Grade 12 (With Mechanical/Technical Drawing Subjects)
- Having Technical Products / Mechanical / Process Theory exposure would be beneficial.
- Ability to understand mechanical engineering concepts.
- Driver's license - Code 8 (beneficial however not required)
- Excellent Microsoft skills required.
- Extremely good peoples/ communication skills.
- Experience in the sugar/engineering industry would be highly beneficial.

**Additionally, the following requirements will enhance prospects of success in this position**:

- Maintain and grow existing Customer base.
- Preparing Proposals and Quotations
- Negotiating Service Level Agreements
- Providing Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support.
- Providing Product Insight and Advice.
- Achieve if not exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to be able to deal EFFECTIVELY with all levels of customer interaction (from buyers to production/maintenance staff to operational managers and senior management)
- Be able to be an effective listener to extract specifics in problems and solutions.
- Inherent ability to develop lasting personal relationships.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to contribute accordingly.
- Prospecting/Business Development experience.
- Strong planning skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Be able to take control (inception to analysis) of product/process trials.
- Ability to prepare ahead of tasks (research/analysis)
- Ability to draw out and focus on summary key drivers in a project.
- Ability to be able to construct ‘mind maps’.
- Control over administrative tasks

**Financial Offer**:

- This is a salaried position with remuneration of ZAR 6000.00 - 8000.00 depending on experience, with statutory deductions as per South African law for taxes etc.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical Sales: 2 years (required)
