- Reporting to Sales Manager- Main Purpose of Job:- KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS:
- Gross Profit Target and Budgeted Figures:
- a) Maintain gross margins and PBIT- b) Ensure you submit weekly sales and market analysis report- c) Ensure you maintain your debtor’s days- Grow Market Share with current customers- Reduction of Branch Warranty Claims:
- a) Maintain warranty claims- b) Point of conduct for processing warranty claims- c) Claims adjudication to be concluded within hours of receipt- d) Timeous processing of warranty claims- Reporting:
- a) Grow the customer list in terms of revenue as per the list allocated to you- b) Increase customer list for solar- c) Keep a weekly record of over-the-counter sales- Customer Relations:
- a) Manage customer credit limits for it does not exceed the limit-
- c) Provide product information to customers- d) Credit notes should be kept-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
- Sales Certificate or Diploma (Advantageous)
- Electrical/Technical Experience
- Experience, Training, Skills:
- a) Computer literacy qualification is an advantage. Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet.- b) Admin/Office experience or any experience that demonstrate similar abilities.- c) Essential requirements and strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, a willingness to develop and learn new skills.- d) Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and pastel.- e) Fast, accurate data entry skills.- f) Strong interpersonal skills both with staff and senior managers.- g) Able to work under own initiative, be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team.- h) Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.- i) Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach.- j) Good voice projection**What Qualification**
