A position has become available in the Marketing Department at the Century City Office, Cape Town for a Brand Manager. Your role will be to champion the brand, supporting franchisees and growing sales using your breakthrough marketing ideas; driving the most relevant channels to reach and engage customers authentically. You will drive menu designs, oversee digital marketing platforms incl. loyalty apps, and social media, drive impactful community involvement while managing the marketing budget seamlessly.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years on the job experience.
- Prior experience within a similar role ( Advantegeous)
- You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and are strong in presenting
- You possess strong influencing skills and are good at negotiation
- You work well with diverse people and associated teams
- Goal-orientation, follow-through and the ability to collaborate effectively with others in person and remotely
- You display evidence-based decision making and analytical problem solving
- You have attention to detail with strong project management ability, able to run multiple projects simultaneously.

- Develop Brand, PR management strategies to build brand power and support brand financial targets
- Drive compelling creative development of communication assets and best practices.
- Manage social media ecosystem for consistency, cut-through.
- Drive market automation - personalised data communication
- Market data and trend analysis including consumer insights to influence strategy
- Understanding the Restaurant/Franchisor environment
- Leveraging the right communication channels in terms of traditional and digital marketing
- Project management
- Agency and Service provider management (Day to day running and legal agreements)
- Budgeting and forecasting - fiscal discipline
