**Office Administrator**
Established Export Company is currently seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a permanent role offering an attractive salary.
**Requirements**:
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must be fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working on MS Office
- Experience of managing local & international travel
**Duties**:
- Office maintenance / maintenance management (facilities & general maintenance)
- Office support (travel arrangements, stationary orders, weekly invoices etc)
- Managing of staff (Cleaning staff, Gardener, Security and Receptionist)
- Coordinate all meetings, functions and lunches
- Management of the Front Desk / Reception (Switchboard, boardroom, leave & km claims ect)
