**Job description**:
This is a General Management position within PSG, reporting to the Chief Executive, PSG Distribution and part of the Distribution Exco.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow assets
- Grow premiums
- Stakeholder relationship management (Internal & External)
- Run an effective Distribution channel for Wealth including the following:

- Setting a relevant and impactful strategy
- Managing and growing Distribution’s profitability and margins
- Ensuring operational excellence in execution of the strategy
- Driving innovation and growth to keep Distribution competitive and relevant
- Developing talent and driving succession

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take accountability for the margins, profitability and risk management in Distribution Wealth
- Drive key initiatives
- Effective rollout of initiatives supporting operational excellence
- Manage stakeholder relationships (Internal & External)
- Leadership and people management

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification such as Commercial or Financial degree
- 5 years Senior to executive management experience within a sales and distribution channel in the financial services industry
- Excellent leadership and team management experience
- Experience and understanding of the Advice process combined with financial services product knowledge
- Financial and budget management
- Financial market and client segmentation knowledge and experience
- Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge within the financial services industry
