**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine HRIS needs
- Co ordinating system enhancements including specification document preparation
- Tracking of development enhancements
- Managing access and updating employee information
- Maintaining databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity
- Testing system upgrades
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient operating management
- Monthly and annual statistic reporting
- Training users on system functionality and features
- Resolving HRIS queries
- Managing JIRA board queries
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelors degree in information systems
- A minimum of three years HR Admin or HRIS experience
