Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.

Interactive and proactive assistance to all 37 stores with marketing, sales, social media and actively engaging to attract more clients into stores.

Based - Head Office, Woodstock

**Key Performance Areas will include and not limited to:

- **Content Creation and Strategy**:
Developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content (text, images, videos) that align with brand values and company goals, and managing editorial calendars.
- **Platform Management**:
Managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
- **Engagement and Community Management**:
Monitoring and engaging with social media communities, responding to comments and messages, and moderating user-generated content.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
Analyzing social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
Collaborating with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

This will include tracking door to door deliveries via Aramex and follow ups with clients.
- **Staying Updated**:
Keeping up with the latest social media trends, best practices, and new platforms to ensure the company's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Any other tasks as required by Management / employer that may direct from time to time.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric and or equivalent.
- Qualification in graphic art, web design, PR / Media (advantageous)
- Willing and able to work 45 hours per week, this includes available on weekends and or public holidays.
- Previous Social Media experience (advantageous)
- Students requiring experiential learning, welcome to apply.
- Reside in the area.
- Available Immediately (advantageous)

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 500,00 per month
