'The role is a blend between social media management, Ideation, writing and client services for social media. 1) Managing social platforms 2) Managing client account

Requirements (include but are not limited to):
**Client Service**
- Build and manage client relationships
- Ensuring constant and effective flow of communication between agency, client and suppliers as well as arranging, attending and documenting meetings
- Have a full understanding of managing timelines and the implications thereof and communicate key deadlines
- Manage client and agency expectation in terms of job deliverables and deadlines
- Assist with preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals
- Ensure status is updated daily and issue a status report weekly/monthly
- Maintain an active knowledge of industry and digital marketing trends to assist with proactively advising clients about digital marketing developments
- Multi tasker with good project management skills

**Digital Marketing**
- Define, develop and write social media strategy for assigned clients. Day to day and campaign based.
- Build and manage the client's’ social media communities, profiles and presence on various platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tiktok
- Build an online presence through social media and digital platforms that form part of the integrated marketing strategy for various brands
- Create and rollout monthly content calendars/ Plans with engaging content in line with the social media strategy
- Strong ideation, copywriting and proofreading required
- Work alongside Media and Creative teams to develop campaigns and video/graphic content for social accounts under your supervision.
- Assist the marketing teams and clients by providing social media/digital insights and trend analysis, tailor-made for their specific brands

- Long-term planning and unique ideas for achieving objectives and marketing various brands
- Daily social media engagement and platform management
- Engage in relevant social discussion about client brands, solutions and factors that influence their industry
- Developing target lists of new community members and the outreach messaging to reach and invite these prospects to the relevant communities
- Report and provide feedback and insight on clients’ audiences and the success of social activity across various platforms.
- Engage with clients with regards to content calendars, content focus and messaging

**Qualifications / Experience / Skills**
- Degree or national diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Journalism
- Must have Ad agency experience (at least 2 years)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Must be bilingual - Speak both English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Apple products
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
