**About you**

We need to ensure the images on our site and app are as good as we can get them and that's where you come in. We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our studio team to make sure that everything that comes out of our photography studio is as flawless and curated as possible.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Retouch, colour match, and proof images produced by the studio.
- Responsible for producing top-quality imagery with a consistent approach across all categories in line with ASOS edit guidelines.
- Work across priorities in line with urgent business requests.
- Contribute to the workflow within the Retouching Team.
- Receive creative direction from Stylists, Photographers, and Senior Retoucher to ensure images are following the creative vision.
- Produce and maintain high-quality imagery for ODO e-commerce within the set timeframe (retouch, colour correct, crop and upload according to company guidelines).
- Develop a working knowledge of colour consistency with strong knowledge of colour profiles and the colour matching process.
- Colour match the entire set alongside the model imagery.
- Ensure the upload and monitoring of products are completed once images are processed.
- Check the site regularly for inaccuracies.
- Respond and adjust to feedback from key stakeholders.
- Suggest ways to constantly improve the workflow and be proactive about helping the Retouching Team, Studio and Creative teams.
- Exceptional multitasking ability with outstanding organisational skills; able to use initiative and to work in a pressurised environment.
- Be authentic, brave, and creative and follow all company and departmental strategies, leading by example and supporting your peers.
- Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by working on areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders.
- Ensuring our digital photography archive is up to date and organised according to strict conventions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience retouching product photography.
- Previous experience working within a digital photographic studio would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Creative Cloud programs.
- Colour correction skills to ensure consistency across all images per product.
- Critical eye for correcting and enhancing exposure and colour.
- Knowledge of processing of digital images, with an understanding of Capture One Pro.

**Technical Skillz**:

- Solid skills in editing and manipulating images in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- A base understanding of photographic concepts.
- Understanding of actions for Adobe Photoshop.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.

**Personal Skillz**:

- A strong visual vocabulary.
- Excellent verbal and written skills (English).
- An ability to manage your own time and deliverables.
- Willingness to learn and contribute.
- Exceptionally strong organisational and administration skills.
- Effective time-management skills to work on a tight schedule and meet deadlines.
- A passion for and interest in fashion/home/product styling and photography.
- Interest in e-commerce.
- Interest in and eye for design.
