One of SA’s Largest Asset Managers is looking for a Client Market Associate to join their Client Services team. The role will be responsible for providing support to the Client Directors in any capacity that enhances the client experience.

**Qualifications& Experience**:

- Commercial Degree with post-graduate qualification
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Solid understanding of investment markets
- Knowledge of alternative assets would be advantageous

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Delivering excellent client service
- Part of a team responsible to design, build and maintain a world class client experience
- Enhance systems and processes to allow the client team to perform efficiently and effectively
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients and co-ordinates all related activities. Building a “client profile” including a needs analysis. Maintenance of client data, industry research data, distribution lists and distribution of client specific reporting.
- Responsible for all client life cycle events e.g. take-on, updates, terminations, etc. working closely with the Operations, Legal, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Manage client/potential client due diligence processes and RFPs
- Develop and maintain a content bank of relevant and accurate information on the business and its various capabilities. Collect, analyse and present operational and performance data and trends in PowerPoint
- Compile and maintain collateral e.g., presentations, pitch booklets, fact sheets, due diligence questionnaires, etc.
- Support client directors in facilitating impactful client meetings by proactively scheduling client service report backs and other external and internal meetings and ensuring an efficient process in the preparation of material
- Manage and respond to client queries in timely and professional manner

Building strong relationships
- Providing support to the Client Directors and keep them briefed on relevant client activity
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Client Markets team and across the rest of the organisation including the investment teams, Operations, Legal, Finance and Compliance.
- Understanding fund specific issues, the impact of regulatory changes and internal requirements to ensure client expectations are being met

Governance Framework
- Create and maintain central client records for regulatory and internal purposes
- Logging client issues/breaches/complaints and maintaining audit trail of resolution
