Marketing Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing valuable insights, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends in the industry, and proactively identify opportunities to optimise our marketing efforts.
- Optimise SEO strategies for Worldwide VA's websites to enhance online visibility, organic reach, and search engine rankings.
- Create compelling video content, ensuring professional video editing and alignment with the organisation's branding and messaging.
- Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts and other digital assets in line with our brand guidelines.
- Analyse customer and user data to understand audience behaviour, preferences, and pain points, utilising this data to improve targeting and personalisation.
- Prepare accurate and actionable reports on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to relevant managers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Digital Marketing Assistant or a similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive valuable insights from data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent creative and visual design skills for creating engaging content and digital assets. (Adobe)
- Experience with video editing software and video content creation is a plus. (Adobe)
- Exceptional project management, communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital marketing efforts.

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
