Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Acquisition Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in actively acquiring new clients for our real estate media services. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth by prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales. This role offers a remote, flexible work schedule with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day (10 hours per week).
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the real estate industry.
- Present our services to potential clients and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our real estate media solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support client acquisition efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or client acquisition preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices, trends, and terminology.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, social media and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Flexible schedule with a minimum availability of 2 hours per day (10 hours per week).
