**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for assigned clients, ensuring they align with client goals and brand voice.
- Analyse ad performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve results.
- Consistently optimise campaigns to maximise ROI while staying within budget.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and ad formats to enhance performance.
- Provide detailed, actionable performance reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate effectively with the team via Slack and maintain CRM tools as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Meta Performance Marketer or similar role in digital advertising.
- Demonstrated success managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to deadlines.
- Coachable and open to feedback to grow within the role.
- Ability to provide professional references from previous employers (no personal references).

**Disqualifications**:

- No experience with Meta Ads Manager or performance marketing.
- Not looking for long-term employment (we seek someone to grow with our team).
- Unable to commit to deadlines or unwilling to follow instructions and feedback.
- Recurring personal issues that interfere with work commitments.
