As a Junior Paid Media Buyer, you'll support the planning, setup, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, specifically for e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with our head of performance marketing, and creative team to learn the Advertify way of running performance-driven campaigns and growing online stores. What You'll Be Doing Media Planning & Buying (with guidance) Assist in planning and setting up campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Help structure campaigns, ad sets, and ad groups for testing and performance. Support in managing and pacing advertising budgets across multiple client accounts. Performance & Analytics Monitor daily / weekly performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities. Pull and organise data from Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4). Assist in preparing simple performance reports for internal use and client meetings. Creative & Strategy Collaboration Work with the creative team to match the right creatives with the right audiences. Participate in media strategy meetings and internal performance reviews. Share learnings from ads, audiences and platforms with the broader team. Learning & Development Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and e-commerce trends. Learn how to think beyond "clicks" and "likes" and focus on sales, ROAS and profit. What We're Looking For Core Skills & Mindset Media planning and media buying understanding or experience (agency or in-house). Strong analytical skills comfortable working with numbers and basic spreadsheets. Curious and eager to learn the details of performance marketing and e-commerce. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to follow processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoys working as part of a team and taking feedback onboard. Tools & Experience Some experience (even internship / freelance) with Meta Ads and / or Google Ads. Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a bonus, not a requirement. Any exposure to Shopify, WooCommerce or other online store platforms will count in your favour. Nice-to-have (not required, but great if you have them) Google Ads or Meta certifications.
