Performance Marketer (Paid Social, Paid Search, Email, SEO) – Cape Town

Part time, 3 days per week, with room to grow into full time

Spicy Tiger is a brand-first creative agency working across Australia, New Zealand and now Cape Town. We partner with brands as their outsourced creative department, delivering strategy, content, websites, campaigns and performance marketing. We're now building our Cape Town team and looking for a Performance Marketer who can confidently run Paid Social, Paid Search, Email and SEO across a mix of clients.

This role works closely with Luke (Cape Town CRM) and the Sydney strategy and creative team. You will help deliver end-to-end performance for local South African brands as well as support the Sydney office with execution across paid, email and SEO.

You'll own

Paid Social: Meta Ads and TikTok Ads setup, optimisation, testing and reporting

Paid Search: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), keyword planning, ad copy and optimisation

Email & CRM: Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, basic automation

SEO: on-page audits, metadata, internal links, site hygiene, content recommendations

Tracking: GA4 setup, Tag Manager events, UTM structure, conversion tracking

CRO: simple landing page tests, form fixes, heatmap takeaways

Reporting: clean monthly dashboards, insights, Stop Start Scale

Strategic planning: monthly performance plans, budgets and testing roadmaps

Must have

2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Experience running Klaviyo or similar ESP (flows + campaigns)

Strong SEO understanding including on-page optimisation and ranking fundamentals

Confident in GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Comfortable testing creative angles and short-form video

Able to communicate performance clearly and make confident decisions

Strong written English and reliable communication

Nice to have

Experience with Webflow or Shopify

Experience with Looker Studio dashboards

Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an agency
