Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Meta's Ads Manager, creative strategy, and data-driven performance optimization. You'll be responsible for delivering measurable results in lead generation, sales, or awareness, depending on campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns from concept to delivery, including audience targeting, budgeting, and creative strategy.

  • Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and placements to optimize performance and ROI.

  • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) with actionable insights.

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to meet performance goals without overspending.

  • Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, best practices, and policy updates.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align ad creatives with brand tone and objectives.

  • Implement conversion tracking and custom events through Meta Pixel and Events Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs — e.g., lead cost, ROAS, or conversion goals.

  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Ads Manager and reporting dashboards.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and creative iteration workflows.

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Bonus: experience with Google Ads
