In this multifaceted role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities Marketing
- **Promote our agricultural product range** across domestic and international markets.
- **Develop and expand our marketing network**, creating compelling marketing materials to support these efforts.
- **Manage and maintain our digital presence**, including social media channels and our company website, to engage our audience and generate leads.
- **Represent the company at relevant trade shows and marketing events**, building brand awareness and fostering new connections.
- **Identify and cultivate new markets and business relationships**, constantly seeking opportunities for expansion.
- **Analyze customer needs and behaviors** to tailor our offerings and marketing strategies effectively.
- **Monitor competitor activities and strategies**, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
- **Conduct thorough market research** to identify trends and opportunities within the agricultural sector.

Sales & Operations
- **Collaborate closely with the Technical Director** on the handling and coordination of operational activities.
- **Develop and uphold standards** that provide us with a sustained market advantage.
- **Prepare and follow up on client quotations**, driving sales conversions.
- **Respond promptly to and manage customer inquiries**, providing excellent follow-up support.
- **Arrange and administer monthly meetings with the board of directors**, preparing necessary documentation.
- **Strictly adhere to and manage the budget**, ensuring financial prudence.
- **Undertake additional duties** as assigned by your direct manager.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a combined sales and marketing role, preferably within the agricultural equipment or related industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required for shows, client visits, and market development.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (both written and verbal) is essential.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
