Responsibilities Strategic management and positioning of Bible Media’s publications and products (e.g. Lig, Kerkbode, Jeugfokus, Bybelkor, etc.) Development and implementation of a digital strategy that expands, compliments and supports the reach and impact of Bible Media’s content Research, market development and product innovation in order to stay up to date with customer needs and the relevance of existing publications Manage budgets of publications and digital products and ensure financial sustainability Personnel management of the Content Team Develop and manage integrated marketing and communication for all Bible Media’s products Building and maintaining partnerships with relevant organisations and groups (churches, synods, ministers, etc.) Requirements Relevant postgraduate qualification In-depth knowledge / experience of digital media, marketing, sales, and financial management Minimum of 10 years of experience on a managerial level Minimum of 5 years of experience in a publication environment Knowledge of applicable legislation and digital trends Leadership and management skills Planned and systematic way of working Innovative thinking and ability to take initiative Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Negotiation skills for long-term relationships Effective and proactive administrative style Value-driven and mission-conscious person High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability (change management) Relationship-oriented person who motivates and inspires clients and staff
