An exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Manager** has become available at Faircape to develop, manage and execute the marketing strategy for 4 of our growing businesses. The portfolio will cover Faircom, Camera Surveillance Services, Water Utility Solutions and Inpower.

Faircom is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) that connects you to the Internet through high-speed & uncapped fibre solutions, wireless fibre packages and VoIP connections. We work with leading underlying infrastructure providers (including our own) which boasts a direct connection to the London Internet Exchange.

Camera Surveillance Services has a state-of-the-art control centre and comprehensive CCTV solutions where we’re able to secure residential estates, healthcare facilities, and business parks with 24 hour off-site monitoring.

At Water Utility Solutions (WUS), we like to push the boundaries - combining innovation and expertise. We offer smart or prepaid water meters, alternative water solutions and management to apartment blocks and new developments around Cape Town. To date, Water Utility Solutions services over 60 properties in the Cape Town area, have installed over 2000 meters and read over 4000 meters per month.

Intelligent Power Solutions offers a wide variety of energy solutions to sectional title schemes, commercial and industrial customers. With over 35 years of experience, our team has provided power management, backup power, solar energy and metering solutions to our customers in Cape Town and the surrounding areas.

Within the Faircape Marketing Department, the marketing managers and the design team produce the creative output for all in-house departments and business units.

**Specific duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage the planning, implementing and control of marketing campaigns across the Group
- This role incorporates “traffic” responsibilities wherein briefs are received from internal clients and allocated to the team
- The role will require management of production in sourcing quotes, arranging campaign collateral, reviewing final output, liaising with external agencies and ensuring timelines are managed and communicated - fulfilling the role of campaign and project manager
- Staff management - management of two Brand Manager and a Graphic Designer including performance appraisals
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Research and analyse target market, industry trends and competitors activities
- Co-create a PPC and Social Media strategy, budget and implementation plan
- Participate in crafting marketing, advertising and communication strategies
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Analyse data and implementation of optimisations
- Develop and manage the budget and organise resources to meet the brands objectives
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess return on investment and key performance indicator
- Development of effective and creative digital marketing campaigns that contributes to the brands growth

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Marketing degree
**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Extensive digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO).
- Marketing and publishing background essential
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to management
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Wordpress and Adobe programmes, e.g. InDesign, Illustrator and Photosop
- Experience working with Wordpress
- Advanced writing and language skills
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Search Console

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 50 000 Cost to Company per month.
