**Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job**

Supporting the Epiroc business as a whole by delivering and maintaining extraordinary service through making it Easy for customers to do business with us, Recognizing our customers and Solving their problems, even if the rules don’t offer clear resolution.
- Manage ordering process for regional CC’s by ensuring transmission of orders between BPCS, M3 and RF Pathways for possible EDI error clearing to ensure seamless flow of orders through the systems, from order to invoice
Release open orders for region for replenishment on a daily basis
- Maintain customer orders placed as and when required
- Following up on deliveries for orders, liaising with the RDC Customer Service team
- Oversee processing of invoicing on B2B portals
- Assist in managing of credits process, to ensure soonest possible turnaround time
- Ensure extensive support to the Epiroc business as a whole
- Ensure that internal customers in region are provided with constant feedback on the status of orders placed and enquiries, to feedback to external customers
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance to corporate governance requirements and Group Internal Controls. Ensure departmental compliance to Company Policies & Procedures
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with all departments, Product Companies and Global Supply Chain teams as well as to liaise with auditors, through open and active communication
- Understand and assist with ticket logging system for all incidents received, to ensure seamless flow
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information / analysis by using the right method / tools
- Meet personal / order fulfillment team KPI’s and targets
- Assist in keeping ahead with current technology
- Work close with the Regional Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure required service is being delivered
- Monthly reporting on KPI’s and objectives
- Carryout additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company as may be required in terms of “The Epiroc Way”
**Educational Qualifications and Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar
- Computer literacy
- Proven knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills for reporting purposes
- Able to read, write and speak English
**Required Skills and Capabilities**
- Strong contact handling skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- The ability to work and excel in a high pressure working environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with customers
- Problem-solving skills
- Empathy, confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
