**WE’RE HIRING: BACK-ORDER CLERK**

MCE Electric is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Back-Order Clerk** to join our dynamic team If you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
Prepare and process shipment orders.
Generate and maintain back-order reports.
Release back orders efficiently.
Compile customer reports as required.
Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

**Requirements**:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
