**Job Summary Statement**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Modern Workplace Administrator with expertise in SharePoint and Automation to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our organisation's digital workspace, focusing on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams development and administration, as well as possessing Power BI skills to enhance data visualisation and analysis. As a Modern Workplace Administrator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and automating our digital workplace processes, promoting efficient collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS (BENEFICIAL)**:

- ** **Knowledge of M365 and its various components.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps are desirable.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**SharePoint Development and Administration**
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Customise SharePoint sites using modern web parts and features.
- Ensure SharePoint security and permissions are properly configured.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to the organisation's needs.

**Microsoft Teams Development and Administration**
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams for efficient collaboration and communication.
- Create and configure Teams channels, chat, and meetings to enhance teamwork.
- Ensure Teams security and compliance settings are maintained.
- Provide support for end-users in utilising Microsoft Teams effectively.

**Automation and Integration**
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools like Power Automate (formerly Flow).
- Integrate SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 apps for seamless data flow.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the digital workspace.

**Power BI Skills**
- Design and develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for use in Power BI.
- Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights through data visualisation.
- Maintain data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

**Training and Documentation**
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI usage.
- Document best practices, guidelines, and policies for the digital workspace.

**Troubleshooting and Support**
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
- Provide timely support to end-users, ensuring mínimal disruption to their work.

**Knowledge Skills & Abilities**:

- Proven experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and analysis.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of M365 and its various components.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI are desirable.
