**Job Summary Statement**:
As a Network, Firewall, and Endpoint Security Engineer at Moolmans, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network and security infrastructure. Your knowledge of Aruba, FortiGate, and CrowdStrike technologies will be instrumental in safeguarding Moolmans against emerging security threats.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS (BENEFICIAL)**:

- ** **Industry certifications, such as Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), CrowdStrike Falcon certifications, or equivalent certifications, are a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- ** **Proven experience as a Network, Firewall, and Endpoint Security Engineer, with a focus on Aruba, FortiGate, and CrowdStrike technologies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Network Design and Implementation**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure that meets the organisation's requirements.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions while minimising operational disruptions.

**Firewall Management**
- Manage and maintain FortiGate firewall appliances and security policies.
- Monitor firewall logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Develop and enforce firewall rules to enhance security and performance.

**Endpoint Security**
- Deploy and manage CrowdStrike endpoint security solutions to protect against malware, vulnerabilities, and unauthorised access.
- Conduct regular endpoint security assessments and remediate vulnerabilities promptly.

**Security Policy and Compliance**
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

***Threat Detection and Response**
- Implement and monitor CrowdStrike security platform to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
- Investigate and mitigate security incidents and provide post-incident analysis and recommendations.

**Troubleshooting and Support**
- Provide technical support for network and security-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve complex network and security incidents promptly.

**Monitoring and Optimisation**
- Continuously monitor network and security infrastructure performance, proactively optimising systems for efficiency and security.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging security threats.
