**Duties**:
Liaise with all Internal Customers and External Customers and Suppliers when necessary towards the achievement of company and departmental goals

Stakeholder engagement

Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and engagement

Manage appropriate logístical arrangements for meetings/events

Scan networks and the web for funding opportunities

Coordinate availability of the required documentation and information

**_Education_**

Relevant and related qualification at NQF level 6, preferably in Finance or Business Administration

Training on Funder Rules and Regulations
- Advantageous_

Certificate in Project Management

**_ Experience_**

At least 5 years’ experience of which 3 years in a finance / grant administration environment and at least 2 years’ grant management experience

Rigorous record keeping and data management experience

**_ Requirements_**

SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa

Advanced computer skills

Driver’s licence

Own car

Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land or air if required

Willing to work overtime
