Its sales channels covered over 5,100 stores within South Africa and radiated to more than 10 surrounding countries in Southern Africa, such as Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.

From 2012 to the present, Hisense's product sales in the South African market have been increasing year by year. As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.

**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - High End Accounts**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Key Account Manager** to oversee and grow our relationships with high-end retail accounts. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales, managing account relationships, and ensuring the success of **the Hisense TV & Appliances, audio, and laser cinema categories** within these premium retail partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers. _**(TV, Audio, Laser and Home Appliances).**_
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Monitor sales by store and instore execution on promotional activity.
- Forecast Revenue and manage customer billing.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sell-in and sell-through of Hisense and Toshiba products, with a particular focus on TVs, Home Appliances, audio, and laser cinema categories.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Provide actionable insights to the Sales Director to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance in-store branding, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all displays, demos, and merchandising materials reflect the premium nature of the brand and products.
- Deliver product training and workshops for sales staff to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell Hisense and Toshiba products.
- Address and resolve any technical or product-related inquiries.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Director, Product team _**(TV, Audio and Home Appliances).**_
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth account operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the consumer electronics or high-end retail sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
