A1 Group SA is looking for a Trainer/coach to join our People Development Team to coordinate training activities that will help optimize our human capital. Our company specializes the call center and field markets and is an outsource provider to leading national and international Brands. The Trainer/Coach will be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for both new and experienced call center agents, creating and upkeep of all sales, systems and product modules and supporting our employees to keep productivity up. To ensure success as a call center trainer, you should have excellent knowledge of call center procedures and expertise in various teaching methods. Ultimately, a top-notch call center trainer should be a friendly, approachable individual with effective teaching and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Training/Coaching of all new and existing agents
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Develop material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies
- Design training modules using role-playing activities and job simulation
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors
- Maintain updated records of sales modules and material
- Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
- Training agents in the various regions
- Special training of our bottom performers
**Requirements and Qualification**
- Matric (Grade 12) - Essential
- Must be a qualified Facilitator (NQF 5)
- + 2 Years’ work experience as a Sales Trainer/Coach or similar role
- Experience in a Field Sales environment
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos, Power Point slides, PDF’s etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of LMS systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Financial Service products
- Administrative skills
