Operational Trainer Call Center Environment

We are looking for a Genii Trainer to handle all Genii internal training and Client training. To build material / content and update already existing material. This role will form part of the Implementation team but will work with other internal departments such as Managed Services, Development etc.
- Genii Internal Training
- Induction training for all new starters
- Assistance with Calibrations
- Assist Managed Services Quality Auditors
- Work closely with Genii auditors and Team leaders
- Client Training
- Genii Methodology
- QA Training
- Management Training
- Super User Training
- Calibrations
- General
- Conduct a monthly training needs analysis internally
- Develop and execute a monthly training plan internally
- Report on training effectiveness in the form of test results / calibration results
- Training Documentation
- Update existing documentation
- Create training documentation
- Create online training modules
- Conduct multiple training / calibrations sessions daily
- Create / update training material on existing / new courses
- Manage time and ensure outputs are met as timeously as possible to not impact Project delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to manage own time and outputs
- Ability to adapt to different clients and their engagement styles
- Prior experience as a Trainer, or a similar role
- Experience creating professional training material and online content

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
