Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews for managerial and senior-level positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Track and improve recruitment metrics

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Professional demeanor for executive-level interactions
