**About the challenge**:
We are delivering immersive bootcamps on behalf of the Department for Education that empower unemployed learners from marginalised backgrounds to develop their digital skills and pursue meaningful employment opportunities. These bootcamps are completely free for learners and aim to help them secure work and improve their overall quality of life.

**What does success look like?**:

- 1+ years of work experience in either internal or agency recruitment settings
- Experience in business development is highly valuable but not required
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrable proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused environment
- Successful track record working in a close team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise activities effectively while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impact
- A true self-starter who brings a willingness to be hands-on throughout daily activities
- A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
- Full proficiency in English

**What are some of the things I will be doing?**
- Onboarding learners onto our bootcamps, ensuring we have the required documentation and that they remain engaged and enthusiastic at all times
- Preventing dropouts and churn
- Ensuring learners feel confident using the relevant tech stack before joining the bootcamp
- Working as a point of contact throughout learner onboarding, answering queries in a timeline manner

- Finally, you will have a last stage interview with a team member from another department to ensure that we are not being biased in our approach
