**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Responding to support tickets promptly and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Offering remote and on-site support to end-users, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Maintaining and updating the organization's IT inventory and asset management systems.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security patches
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with video conferencing, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Ensuring compliance of all IT systems with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Participating in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Collaborating with other IT staff to maximize the uptime and efficiency of IT systems

**Experience Required**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong technical skills in desktop and laptop hardware, cloud, software, and peripherals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT practices and protocols.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and project outputs.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Kaspersky Antivirus, VPN clients, Boardpaper/Boardpac, Microsoft Teams, and Cura.
