**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
Serve as the custodian of HR system data, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records
within the Payroll & HR system. In addition, provide support to the HR Business Partners and staff on a range of
human resources functions in accordance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and completed within specific timeframes
- Ensure for the accurate processing of all new engagements and employee change documentation on SAGE

300 People in line with deadlines
- Ensure that all HR related submissions are captured, validated, and submitted to Payroll on time
- Support new employees in adjusting to their new roles and working environments
- Ensure that the performance reviews are completed within the specific timeframe
- Maintain quality relationships and communications with all stakeholders, both internal & external
- Ensures compliance to all labour legislations, company policies and procedures and provide sound advice as

and when required
- Provide accurate reports to management as and when required
- Assist with HR Projects

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in human resources/industrial psychology with at least 2 to 3 years of experience

as a Generalist
- Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
- Practical experience and proficiency in HR and Payroll systems, with specific exposure to SAGE 300 People
