HR and Payroll Administrator

**INTRODUCTION**:
BGR Alluvium Incorporated, located in Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ an **HR and Payroll Administrator** to join their team of professionals.
If you have lots of energy, great people skills and enjoy solving employee issues, then this position is for you**.**
**What you will be doing**:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes (prepare job offers and employment contracts).
- Manage all SAICA related administration
- Submit and prepare annual WSP/ATR reports to FASSET
- Chair the Health and Safety Committee and serve as First Aider
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees and maintain records
- Compensation and Benefit Administration
- Monthly HR Reporting (absenteeism stats, headcount etc)
- Organise and maintain employee records and policies
- Market BGR at the Careers Fairs and Universities, as well as assist with basic marketing as and when required.
- Assist with managing the office as required
**What you will need**:
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources
- At least 2 years HR Administration experience (Audit/Finance Industry experience would be advantageous)
- Payroll Processing experience (GreatSoft payroll system would be advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A valid driver's licence
- High level of written and verbal communication in both Afrikaans and English
