- Manage start to end payroll process for different payroll timelines (bi-weekly and monthly)
- Manage and facilitate the recruitment process with the recruitment agencies, HR Assistant, SA Managers and UK Managers
- Manage and facilitate all confidential staff on-boarding documentation and files
- Start to end updating of the Company’s HR System
- Administrate and support all Managers in administration and recons of staff’s leave
- Liaison with Payroll Consultant for final reports and statutory obligations/submissions
- Manage and facilitate master files, HR reports and payroll reports
- Manage and facilitate the on-boarding of staff
- Liaise and maintain an excellent relationship with all UK Departments
- Manage and administer employee benefits
- Liaison with Momentum consultants
- Assist Senior HR/Office Manager in facilitation of Industrial Relations and other HR tasks
- Maintain company culture
- Support the UK Departments and SA staff at all times regarding IR, payroll and leave queries
- Training & Development - WSP & ATR submissions with support from the on-site trainers
- Support & co-ordinate “rent-a-desk” staff where/when required
**Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR and Payroll environment
- Qualifications in Payroll/HR will be advantageous
- Excellent knowledge in BCEA, Employment Equity and Skills Development SA
- Extremely well spoken and presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans languages
