A well-established commercial real estate business with 20 years of proven success in the market, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Property Management team. Specialising in retail, office and mixed-use properties we are looking for a proactive, results-orientated individual with strong problem-solving skills and technical insight.
**Role Overview**:
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. Your role will involve tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, budgeting, and ensuring that all properties operate efficiently and profitably.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and industrial properties.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure properties meet safety and compliance standards.
Prepare and manage operating budgets and financial reports.
Negotiate and enforce lease agreements and ensure timely rent collection.
Oversee capital improvement projects and manage contractors.
Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and building codes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial and/or industrial property management.
Strong knowledge of lease terms, accounting principles, and building operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in property management software (MRI).
Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
Degree in Real Estate advantageous.
