Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Appointment Setter for one of our clients They help financial advisors grow and scale with world-class e-learning. The CEO and his team have developed these methods while scaling 11 other businesses between 7 to 11 figures in revenue. But they will not stop here. Our client has been featured on many publications such Forbes, Entrepreneur, TED and has a few different solutions that helps financial advisors convert more appointments to sales and or help builda team and/or scaling my business.

**Structure & Compensation**
- $1500 monthly base (Goal is min of 48 sets per month for the sales team) + commission - avg 25 to 40% closing ratio
- 0-8 closed deals by the sales team =$250 per deal / 9+closed deals = $350 per deal/ 16th closed set = $1,500 cash bonus
- On Target Earnings $50,000 to $70,000USD a year
- 9 to 5 pm EST - Flexible working hours ie can take breaks etc
- Attending high-energy and impactful morning meetings every

morning 9 am EST is required with business attire

**Responsibilities**
- Calling inbound ONLY (no cold calling) leads that have opted in, purchased, or scheduled calls
- Nurturing organic relationships on Facebook and LinkedIn with DMs
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for coaches
- $64,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum) is the goal for EACH SETTER.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of appointment setting or sales
- Must be comfortable with utilizing Linkedin for this opportunity
- Calling inbound ONLY (no cold calling) leads that have opted in, purchased, or scheduled calls with us
- Nurturing organic relationships on Facebook and LinkedIn with DMs
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for coaches
- Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas.
- Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and setting expectations
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
