About the Role:

We're looking for confident and results-driven
Appointment Setters
to join our international sales team. If you're passionate about communication, enjoy building relationships, and thrive on achieving targets, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads effectively
  • Represent Pearl Lemon professionally in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus
  • Confidence, persistence, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
