**Responsibilities include**:
Develop social media strategies aligned to the client’s business objectives.
Plan, manage and implement all social media activities and calendars.
Proactively manage social media communities, creating, writing, designing (basic), videoing (basic), photography (basic), reviewing content plans and managing moderation.
Measurement of performance and reporting,-analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Develop new ideas on how to improve the performance of the platforms.
Content creation - research and copywriting required for newsletters, blogs, articles, communication materials and website content.
Customer relations - update activity tracker, offer support to the clients, communicate with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsible for proofreading all content.
Meet deadlines while producing quality and accurate work.
Manage paid social media advertising for all platforms to ensure the growth of pages.
Research ideas, study successful competitors' campaigns, and report on these findings.
Give strategic direction through community insights, idea generation and trend analysis.

**Note**:
This job is currently a remote position requiring periodic days of attendance at the client in Johannesburg who is in Auckland Park.
Freelancer needs to have all necessary office equipment to be effective and to be able to work during load shedding.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent written and grammatical skills
Basic design (Canva or other), basic videography and basic photography
Social media paid media experience
Knowledge or interest in healthcare
Monitoring competitor social media platforms
Assisting with social media monthly reports
Ability to interpret analytic data to improve campaigns

You most likely have a PR/marketing/communications/advertising/branding qualification and at least five years of relevant experience
