**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a person who will be able to fulfill the following requirements:
Provide strategic direction for the company’s social media campaigns
Develop a social media strategy for the company
Implement social media vision and strategy for the company
Exercise sound editorial judgment for brand content
Liaise with internal teams to interpret and implement briefs for social media campaigns

Identify emerging social trends and communicate how the company can take advantage of these trends and opportunities
Educate the marketing team on social trends

Oversee the implementation of social media vision and strategy across all social media platforms.
Write, edit, and approve content and media plans for all company social media accounts
Proactively pitch social media ideas to internal teams
Advise on the best way to communicate campaigns, events, and key messages socially using the correct social media channels in line with best practices and successful case studies
Support the advertising team for paid media on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and YouTube platforms and driving results using paid media on these channels

Provide data analysis and metric reporting for the company
Prepare and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings/presentation to internal team, management, and executive team
Use tools and platform data to provide reports on paid spend and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives

**Track and manage the social media budget Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Languages, etc.)
Five years' experience working on social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tech savvy/early adopter
Familiarity with social listening platforms and technologies
Experience with engaging with online influencers and ability to identify key influencers in line with brand essence

**An excellent portfolio of work**: proven results for campaigns and brands already managed
Budget management expertise
Background in digital and social analytics
Broad experience working in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube and basic knowledge on TikTok
