**Holiday Rentals - New Listings Consultant - Blouberg**

So, join us. Together, we’ll define great hosting. As a New Listings Consultant, you will help maintain, build, and scale up host relations. New Listings Consultants will display a level of diligence that ensures only homes of the utmost quality are acquired and that the hosts that come through are properly informed.

**Duties Include**:

- Managing the entire process from lead to sign-up for the whole of South Africa
- Fielding incoming enquiries from prospective owners/listings with efficiency
- Making calls to further qualify incoming leads.
- Spending part of your time visiting new owners/listings to onboard their homes in the Western Cape area.
- Complete a market analysis of rates and provide suggested selling rates to owner.
- Assist with fee structure for the property of owner.
- Based on that put together contract and pricing sheet for owner signature
- Achieving monthly individual targets
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth sign-up process.
- Be the first point of contact for new listing owners if they have queries or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- A degree in related field will be advantageous.
- Previous sales / business development / account management experience
- Previous hospitality / hosting experience advantageous
- Contactable previous work references
- Need to have reliable transportation.
- Need to reside close to Bloubergstrand and surrounding areas.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
