About the Role

Host Agents is a rapidly growing short-term rental agency with an established presence in South Africa, Dubai, and Mauritius. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented New Listings Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, generate, and manage new property leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
  • Support the onboarding of new listings, including pricing strategy
  • Prepare and manage contracts while ensuring accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Matric (a relevant diploma/degree is an advantage)
  • 1+ year experience in real estate (sales or rentals) preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or property hosting is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, client-focused, and able to work well in a team
