We're CTHA—an established Cape Town property management company—and we're searching for a deal‑maker who loves sourcing and signing
long‑term rental properties
(with some Airbnb/short‑term in the mix too).

Your mission:

  • Source and sign up 
    new long‑term rental properties
     for our portfolio

  • Manage the onboarding process—from first contact, to listing, to placing the right tenant
  • Collaborate with a hands‑on, owner‑led team that supports you with operations and tenant management
  • Identify opportunities where properties may also work for short‑term/Airbnb and loop in the team

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in 
    long‑term rentals, lettings, or property management
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing mandates
  • Energy, drive, and a genuine love for Cape Town's property market
  • Valid driver's license; 
    FFC/NQF4 preferred
     (or willingness to obtain)
