**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation through completion.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation including briefs, reports, meeting minutes, and action lists.
- Monitor risks and issues, escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Support resource allocation and follow up on task completion with relevant stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update project files, documentation, and internal systems.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize logistics for team and client engagements.
- Handle procurement and purchasing documentation for project-related materials or services.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with the finance team.
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors involved in the projects.
- Provide general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination and/or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour and ability to handle confidential information.

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Certificate or Diploma Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
- Microsoft Office Suite
- General Computer Literacy
- Database Management
